Good procurement is a prerequisite; holding the longer term agreed level of service is just as important. Through the years conducting audits proved to be a successful formula,  as brought in practice by DMC on behalf of various clients. After awarding  a contract to the selected provider we conduct such audits in order to continuously safeguard the level of service provision by monitoring contract/price agreements as well as verification of the quality. Periodically (for voluminous contracts preferably on a quarterly basis) the audits are conducted on site at the service provider s premises. An audit profile is drawn up; the criteria are adapted to the client s requirements. Permanent checkpoints of the audits are general contract management, process control, client & customer satisfaction, cost control, claim & complaint management, meeting KPI (Key Performance Indicators) requirements and management information. The audit findings are recorded in a fully detailed report.
